ISGEC Heavy Engineering sold 25% stake in its JV, Isgec SFW Boilers, to partner Sumitomo SHI FW Energia OY for Rs. 4 Cr. This reduces ISGEC's holding to 26%, transforming the JV from a subsidiary into an associate company.
