Bank of India — Dividend/Bonus, 08-05-2026: Record Date

Bank of India has set May 29, 2026, as the record date. Shareholders whose names appear in the bank's register by the close of business on this date will be eligible to receive the dividend on equity shares, provided it is approved at the 30th Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2026.
