SIKA Board approved FY26 financial results, with Consolidated Net Profit hitting ₹36.44 Cr. A final dividend of ₹3.50 per share was set. The AGM on August 12 will consider this and the re-appointments of Rajeev Sikka as Executive Chairman and Kunal Sikka as MD & CEO.
