Divine Hira Jewellers' board approved audited half-year & full-year results with ₹7.12 Cr net profit. Share capital increased to ₹39.50 Cr, and a 2:1 bonus share issue was declared. A new subsidiary, Taaris Jewels, will also be incorporated for silver jewellery.
