Bajaj Healthcare's board approved financial results for Q4 & FY26. Q4 saw a ₹22.85 Cr loss, partly due to a ₹33.25 Cr exceptional item. FY26 profit was ₹15.77 Cr. A final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (30%) was proposed.
