Ramgopal Polytex Ltd — Important, 08-05-2026: Company Update

Ramgopal Polytex's board has approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, effective May 09. This follows input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Arun Kumar Modi completed his second and final term as an Independent Director and ceased to be a director from May 08. Following these board changes, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been re-constituted to reflect the new composition, ensuring board continuity.
