BALKRISHNA IND plans Rs. 6,800 Cr capex by FY29, including an extra Rs. 2,000 Cr for OHT/On-Highway capacity & automation. Targeting Rs. 23,000 Cr revenue by FY30 (8% global OHT share) with new On-Highway segment launches. FY26 revenue was Rs. 10,656 Cr, though Net Profit saw a 25% decline.
