Sasken Technologies Board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Q4 Revenue ₹334.02 Cr, PAT ₹26.99 Cr. FY26 Revenue ₹1,113.17 Cr, PAT ₹53.93 Cr. Proposed final dividend of ₹13/share, making total FY26 dividend ₹25/share. Also backed re-appointment of MSKA & Associates LLP as auditors.
