Constronics Infra Ltd — Important, 09-05-2026: Company Update

Constornics Infra Limited confirmed that 30,09,899 convertible warrants, previously allotted at an issue price of Rs. 110 each, have lapsed. The allottees failed to exercise their conversion option within 18 months from the allotment. Consequently, the initial subscription amount of Rs. 8.27 Cr, representing 25% of the total consideration for these warrants, has been forfeited by the company. This forfeiture provides a financial inflow for the company. Importantly, there is no change to the company's paid-up equity share capital as a result of these warrants lapsing.
