Nitin Spinners delivered strong Q4FY26 results, achieving its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs. 859.8 Cr, up 7.38% QoQ and 2.20% YoY. Profit After Tax (PAT) significantly increased by 29.16% QoQ to Rs. 57.4 Cr. For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs. 3,213.9 Cr, with PAT at Rs. 177.6 Cr. This performance was boosted by improved yarn prices, optimal capacity utilization, and cost-saving efforts. The yarn segment contributed 73.8% to FY26 revenue, with exports accounting for 61.9%.
The company is strategically expanding spinning capacity by 22,400 MTPA and weaving & finishing fabric by 35 Mn Mtrs/PA (a total capex of ~Rs. 1,120 Cr), with 60% of new spinning output dedicated to in-house fabric manufacturing for better margins. A substantial investment of ~Rs. 230 Cr is planned for 41 MW solar capacity, aiming to source 50-55% of total power from renewables. Management is optimistic for FY27, expecting scaled performance from these expansions and a focus on value-added products amid improved demand.
