Sambhv Steel Tubes' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: FY26 net profit at ₹142.15 Cr (EPS ₹5.05). Major expansion approved: ₹200 Cr for pipe mill and power plant. New Executive Director appointed, and Suresh Goyal re-designated to Chairman cum MD.
