Aarti Surfactants' board has approved audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with PAT of ₹4.19 Cr (Q4) and ₹12.34 Cr (FY). A dividend of Re 1/- per share was also proposed, subject to shareholder approval.
