WeP Solutions' board approved Q4 & FY26 financial results, with Net Profit around Rs 2.06 Cr. A Rs 0.50/share dividend (5%) for FY26 was approved, subject to shareholder nod. The board also granted 2.12 lakh ESOPs at Rs 10/share.
