Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. (KKCL) announced a board meeting on May 9, 2026, approving full-year consolidated results. Net Profit hit ₹151.19 Cr with EPS of ₹21.03. A ₹2/share interim dividend was also declared. Kraus Casuals became a subsidiary from July 2024.
