GHV Infra Projects Ltd — Important, 09-05-2026: Company Update

GHV Infra Projects Limited has secured a significant international Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project. The company received a Letter of Intent from Cameroon Tyres Factory Project SA to build a new greenfield tyre manufacturing plant in Cameroon, designed for an annual capacity of 7.6 million tyres. This substantial LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) project is valued at approximately INR 7,000 Crores, excluding taxes, and is expected to be completed within 36 months from the notice to proceed. This award strengthens the company's global footprint and project portfolio.
