Concord Control Systems Ltd — Important, 10-05-2026: Company Update

Concord Control Systems Limited (CCSL) has completed the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited (ARC). Following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, ARC is now dissolved and no longer a separate entity, streamlining the company's structure. In the last financial year, ARC contributed Rs. 51.20 Crore to turnover and Rs. 16.44 Crore to net worth. This internal restructuring involved no new share issuance or cash consideration, positively impacting existing shareholders through a simplified corporate setup.
