Apex Capital And Finance Ltd — Important, 11-05-2026: Company Update

Apex Capital and Finance has allotted 7.6 Cr new equity shares following the conversion of an equivalent number of convertible warrants. The company received Rs. 71.25 Cr from warrant holders for the balance 75% of the warrant issue price, which was initially valued at Rs. 95 Cr. This significant capital event increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 5.92 Cr to Rs. 13.52 Cr. All previously issued warrants have now been fully converted into equity shares, expanding the company's share base.
