NDR Auto Components reported FY26 standalone profit of Rs 53.05 Cr and consolidated profit of Rs 61.94 Cr. Board proposed a Rs 4/share dividend. Company transferred Seat Trim and Sunshade businesses for Rs 9.48 Cr and Rs 9.44 Cr, respectively. Also, Rs 6 Cr investment in JV approved.
