Manorama Industries' board approved financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, with consolidated Net Profit of ₹214.94 Cr & EPS of ₹36.00. A final dividend of ₹0.80/share was proposed. They also greenlit up to ₹350 Cr for a new processing factory in Burkina Faso via a subsidiary.
