Eraaya Lifespaces' board approved changing the company name to Ebix Limited. They also sanctioned raising up to 425 Cr via preferential issues and other modes, plus issuing 28.6 lakh shares to fully acquire Ebix Inc. An EGM is set for June 8 for approvals.
