Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd — Important, 11-05-2026: Company Update

The board has approved changing the company's name from Eraaya Lifespaces Limited to Ebix Limited, pending shareholder approval, to better reflect its strategic direction. Significant leadership restructuring includes new independent and executive director appointments, expanded roles for the CEO and CFO, and the resignation of three directors. Committees were also reconstituted. The board greenlit fund-raising up to Rs. 425 Cr through a preferential issue and other permissible modes, alongside issuing 28.60 lakh equity shares for non-cash consideration to fully acquire Ebix Inc. Employee stock schemes and business rationalization initiatives were also approved. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be held on June 08 to seek shareholder approval for these key decisions.
