The Company's Board has approved changing its name from Eraaya Lifespaces Limited to Ebix Limited, aligning with its strategic evolution. Significant leadership changes include new independent and executive directors, a Group Company Secretary, and several resignations, while maintaining board compliance. The board also greenlit fund-raising up to Rs. 425 Cr via preferential issue and other modes, plus issuing 28,60,412 shares to fully acquire Ebix Inc. Other key approvals involve employee stock schemes, business rationalization, strategic acquisitions, and enhancing operational authorizations. An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be convened to seek shareholder approvals for these decisions.
