Heritage Foods navigated a tough dairy year, reporting a `9%` revenue growth to `₹4,526 Cr` in FY26. Q4 revenue also saw a `10.4%` increase to `₹1,157.6 Cr`. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 declined `31%` to `₹129.9 Cr`, with Q4 PAT at `₹23.9 Cr` (down `37.3%`), primarily due to severe milk shortages and elevated procurement inflation. Value-Added Products (VAP) was a bright spot, with revenue surging `18%` to `₹395.7 Cr` in Q4, pushing its contribution to total revenue to `35.51%`.

Strategic priorities include expanding geographical reach, boosting margins through VAP growth, and increasing technological integration. Recent developments include the commercial launch of a new `24 million` litres annual capacity ice cream plant in Hyderabad and the introduction of organic cow milk in Bengaluru. The Nutrivet subsidiary also recorded strong `40%` volume growth.

FY26 EPS stood at `₹16.2` (down `20.1%`), and Q4 EPS was `₹2.6` (down `36.5%`). Management anticipates industry conditions to normalise, positioning the company for long-term growth by capitalising on tailwinds like urbanisation, Q-commerce adoption, and the shift from unorganised to organised dairy sectors.
