Britannia's Q4 FY26 revenue rose 7.1% to INR 4,686 Cr, with full-year revenue at INR 18,858 Cr (up 7.5%). Q4 PAT jumped 21.1% to INR 678 Cr, partly from tax adjustments. Volume growth was ~5.5%.
West Asia conflict impacted international business, but manufacturing shifted to Mundra. Domestic growth faced temporary pressure from dual pricing in rural/wholesale, with retail strong; normalization is anticipated. Commodity costs are mixed, leading to calibrated price hikes. E-commerce is a growth driver, now 6% of sales, focusing on premium. Management is confident on future growth, driving efficiencies, investing in brands, and exploring new platforms while actively managing costs.
