SPR Auto Tech board approved Q4FY26 consolidated results. FY26 consolidated PAT hit ₹561.4 Cr (includes ₹27.1 Cr exceptional charge). Board proposed a final dividend of ₹5/share, making total FY26 dividend ₹10/share. Also approved raising up to ₹1,000 Cr via QIP.
