Bharat Seats reported robust financial results for the year with profit of 42.23 Cr and revenue of 1,950.95 Cr. Board approved 86.61 Cr capex for new Maruti Suzuki programs at Kharkhoda and Gujarat Navyani plants. A dividend of Rs. 1.50/share was also proposed.
