State Bank of India — Board Meeting, 12-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

SBI's Executive Committee has approved a long-term fundraising plan of up to US$ 2 Billion for FY 2026-27. The funds will be raised through bonds in US Dollar or other major foreign currencies via public offer or private placement.
