V-Guard delivered a strong Q4 FY26, with consolidated revenues up 14.1% YoY to ₹1,755 Cr and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 23.0% to ₹112 Cr. For the full year FY26, net revenues rose 7.0% to ₹5,966 Cr. While reported PAT declined 1.7% to ₹308 Cr, underlying PAT grew 3.6% when excluding a ₹22 Cr exceptional charge related to new Labour Codes.
Growth in Q4 was driven by Electronics (up 22.3%) and Electricals (up 15.9%), with South markets growing 16.2%. A key strategic focus is the successful integration and stabilization of the Sunflame business, which is now showing growth traction, alongside continued investments in non-South geographies for pan-India expansion.
The company generated robust cash flow of ₹458.55 Cr for FY26, improving its net cash position to ₹231.16 Cr. Diluted EPS was ₹2.55 for Q4 and ₹7.01 for the full year.
Management noted a challenging first half for FY26 but a strong second half with demand revival. They are optimistic for a supportive summer and a strong start to FY27, while actively monitoring supply chain risks from the West Asia crisis.
