Neuland Labs' Board approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹2022.98 Cr, Profit ₹363.99 Cr, EPS ₹283.71. A final dividend of ₹34/share was proposed. Dr. Mauricio Futran appointed as Additional Director. Capacity at Unit 1 will expand by 120.5 KL with ₹143.4 Cr investment. AGM on Aug 4, 2026.
