Ugar Sugar has announced its Q4 & FY26 standalone financial results. Full-year revenue stood at Rs 1515.09 Cr, with profit after tax at Rs 13.61 Cr. The Board also proposed a 10% dividend (Rs 0.10/share) for FY26. AGM is on August 5.
