The Board has approved strong consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26, with FY26 Net Profit at ₹5,117.56 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2.50 per share was proposed. The company also formed a JV with Bhutan's DGPC for the 1,125 MW Dorjilung Hydro Project.
