Stove Kraft Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 12-05-2026: Dividend

Stovekraft's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share (35%) for FY26. This payout awaits shareholder approval at the September 11 AGM. Record date for eligibility is September 4, with payment expected within 30 days post-AGM. Financial results for the quarter and full year were also approved. The ESOP pool will increase to 10.25 lakh options from 8.13 lakh, subject to shareholder nod. Mr. Ramakrishna Pendyala resigned as CFO, and Mr. Subhadeep Pal is appointed as the new CFO effective May 16.
