Torrent Power's board approved FY26 consolidated results (Profit ₹2,469.36 Cr, Revenue ₹28,966.31 Cr). They proposed a ₹5/share final dividend (total ₹20/share for FY26) and plan to raise up to ₹10,000 Cr via NCDs. Two independent directors were re-appointed.
