Neuland Labs' board approved audited FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹2,022.98 Cr, PAT at ₹363.99 Cr. It proposed a ₹34/share final dividend and plans a ₹143.4 Cr capacity expansion at Unit 1 for demand growth. Dr. Mauricio Futran was also appointed to the board.
