Gopal Snacks' board approved standalone financial results for Q4 & FY26, reporting ₹1500.45 Cr revenue and ₹73.65 Cr net profit for the year. The board also declared a ₹0.40/share interim dividend and appointed Haribhakti & Co. LLP as Internal Auditor for FY27.
