Torrent Power's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Profit ₹2,416.43 Cr (EPS ₹47.95). A final dividend of ₹5/share brings FY26 total to ₹20/share. They also sanctioned raising up to ₹10,000 Cr via NCDs and re-appointed two independent directors.
