Torrent Power Limited — Board Meeting, 12-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Torrent Power's board has approved its FY26 consolidated results: Net Profit ₹2,469 Cr, Revenue ₹28,966 Cr. A final dividend of ₹5/share was proposed, making total FY26 dividend ₹20/share. Also approved: raising up to ₹10,000 Cr via NCDs & re-appointment of two independent directors.
