Apollo Micro Systems allotted 13,000 new equity shares from warrant conversion at Rs. 114/share, raising Rs. 0.11 Cr. This marginally increases the paid-up capital to Rs. 35.73 Cr. So far, over 2.37 Cr warrants have been converted.
