Astal Laboratories Ltd — Important, 12-05-2026: Company Update

Astal Laboratories' Board has approved the allotment of 14,70,000 equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of warrants by non-promoter holders. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at Rs. 40 per share, including a Rs. 30 premium. This conversion injected Rs. 4.41 Cr into the company. Consequently, the paid-up equity capital increased from Rs. 42.28 Cr (42,275,632 shares) to Rs. 43.69 Cr, comprising 43,856,320 shares. This dilutes existing shareholder equity but strengthens the company's financial position.
