Kross Ltd's Board approved strong Q4 & FY26 audited financial results. Q4 profit hit ₹22.62 Cr on ₹225.45 Cr sales; FY26 profit was ₹55.26 Cr on ₹673.20 Cr sales. Company also appointed new Cost & Internal Auditors. All ₹236.92 Cr IPO funds are fully utilized.
