ACIL's subsidiary SiCSem secured a Fiscal Support Agreement with India Semiconductor Mission for India's first SiC Compound Semiconductor Fab. The 2,067 Cr project at Bhubaneswar receives government CapEx support, targeting ~60,000 SiC wafers annually for EVs, 5G, and other critical sectors.
