Kross Limited ended FY26 on a strong note, reporting ₹673.2 Cr revenue (+8.5% YoY) and ₹55.2 Cr Profit After Tax (+15% YoY). Q4 also saw robust growth with revenue up 21.9% and PAT surging 30.9%. Growth was driven by a strong revival in the Commercial Vehicle segment and healthy double-digit growth in the Tractor & Agri segment.

Key strategies involve global expansion, aiming for exports to hit ~8% of revenue in two years, backed by new international orders. The company also targets a 15% revenue contribution from the agriculture segment. Strategic backward integration through the new Axle Beam Extrusion Plant and seamless tube facility will drive cost savings and new revenue streams.

Major recent developments include the launch of Tipping Jacks, a strategic move into the trailer ecosystem, with production ramping up. India's first Axle Beam Extrusion Plant is commissioned, and forging capacity is significantly enhanced. The High-Pressure Moulding Line is also on track to double casting capacity by September 2026.

Management is optimistic, citing very promising OEM demand and healthy order books. With ongoing capacity expansions and sustained demand in key segments, Kross is well-positioned for healthy growth in FY27, planning to fund future capex through internal accruals.
