LOTUSDEV's board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY26, reporting a net profit of Rs 243.3 Cr. The board also proposed a final dividend of Rs 0.50/share. Interestingly, promoters (81.87% stake) voluntarily waived their dividend rights.
