Kalpataru Limited — Updates, 12-05-2026: Scheme of Arrangement

Kalpataru Ltd approved a scheme to demerge its Korum Mall business (KRVPL, Turnover ~171 Cr) into KPTPL (Turnover ~259 Cr) for preference shares. It will also amalgamate five subsidiaries into KL, streamlining the group structure. No change to KL's shareholding.
