Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 12-05-2026: Dividend

Sri Lotus Developers' Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share (50% on ₹1 FV) for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. If approved, payment will be within 30 days of the AGM. Significantly, the Promoter and Promoter Group, owning 81.87% of shares, have voluntarily waived their dividend rights, allowing the company to retain funds for expansion. The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
