Thomas Cook (India) Ltd.'s board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results: FY26 net profit was Rs. 216.40 Cr on Rs. 8,398.17 Cr revenue. A Re. 0.50/share dividend was proposed. The board also greenlit a business restructuring scheme.
