Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Rama Kirloskar as Joint Managing Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. The board also appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited as Internal Auditor and Harshad S. Deshpande & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
