Smartlink Holdings announced Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Profit for the year was Rs 13.15 Cr, for the quarter Rs 6.87 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 2.00/share was proposed. Ms. Arati Naik was appointed Wholetime Director, and M S K A & Associates LLP as new Statutory Auditors.
