Paras Defence announced its board approved strong consolidated FY26 results: Revenue Rs 476.57 Cr & PAT Rs 88.10 Cr (EPS Rs 10.93). A final dividend of Re 1 per share was proposed. The company also divested 58% stake in Ayatti, realizing Rs 6.99 Cr.
