Sharda Cropchem's FY26 revenue grew 22% to ₹5,268 Cr, driven by strong volumes. EBITDA rose 69% to ₹1,040 Cr, and PAT soared 124% to ₹681 Cr. RoCE hit 30.4%. The company remains debt-free with ₹702 Cr cash. Total dividend declared: ₹15/share.
